Hello, we want to clear up some confusion about the senior centers.
the senior centers located in Atlanta, Hillman, and Lewiston will all remain open. Because we lease the kitchen space, we cannot close the centers.
The only change is that the Montmorency Commission on Aging will no longer lease the kitchen at the Atlanta Senior Center so there will no longer be congregate meals served at the Atlanta Senior Center. Seniors can enjoy congregate meals at one of our other centers in Lewiston or Hillman.
